CSR in Romania

As vrea ca aplicarea RSC ca strategie de afaceri sa fie acel ceva care va permite Romaniei o dezvoltare durabila. Pentru moment, cel mai important si recent studiu pe Top 100 companii de la noi din tara ne arata ca responsabilitatea mediului nostru de afaceri e doar o fatada, marketing social si filantropie.

Va trebui ca noi - societatea, organizatiile, cetatenii sa impingem lucrurile spre acel viitor care sa le permita supravietuierea si generatiilor viitoare.

Pe cele marcate in italic le-am citit iar pe unele le am in biblioteca personala. Insa cred ca cea mai interesanta a fost pentru mine cartea lui Poritt - Capitalism as If the World Matters. Va recomand sa cumparati sau sa o cititi pentru ca va promit ca veti avea o alta viziune asupra modului in care ar trebui sa arate lumea copiilor vostri si, mai mult, ce am putea sa facem noi, generatia la care s-a terminat chiar si sacrificiul.

Multumesc Olivian. E ciudat pentru mine sa ma privesc tinand prezentari :) Sper sa fie interesant punctul meu de vedere pentru multi dintre cei care sunt apropiati domeniului CSR.

Doamna Camelia Crisan, daca ar fi sa incepeti maine un studiu pe CSR, ce subiect care nu a mai fost abordat in domeniu ati alege? Cred ca mai sunt multe descoperit de aceasta noua stiinta.

Cred ca as alege un subiect care nu a mai fost studiat la noi, dar care e in mare voga in vest. In voga insa si acolo se fac experiente si ar fi interesant sa venim cu o perspectiva romaneasca. Revin la subiect asadar, as studia tipul de investitii pe care il poate face mediul de afaceri pentru a contribui la bunastarea saracilor concomitent cu realizarea de profit - un fel de antreprenoriat social. As porni de la intrebarea daca in Romania exista antreprenori sociali, as identifica un pattern si apoi as porni cu acel pattern sa vad daca gasesc asemenea specimene si in marile corporatii. Sper ca ideea mea sa inspire oameni ca tine sau alti studenti si cercetatori din domeniul CSR.

Lucrez la o cercetare pe CSR: "Educatia- domeniu de investitie a CSR". Va rog sa-mi spuneti dvs. ce profil al participantilor la studiu ati alege? Experti in CSR (oameni de marketing/PR)sau oameni obisnuiti? Ce rezultate credeti ca vor fi mai interesante si vor constitui noutati in acest domeniu? metoda de cercetare va fi interviul in profunzime.
